Payment gateway

Get paid for products and services.

OzEBILL lets a small business take a card payment. You raise the charge, send a link, and your customer pays. A billing system will follow. This page is the gateway.

How a payment works

The first job of OzEBILL is to collect a card payment for something you have already sold.

  1. 01

    Describe the sale

Name the product or service, set the amount, and say who is paying.

  2. 02

    Send a link

Your customer opens the link from an email or a message and pays by card.

  3. 03

    You get the payment

The gateway takes the card payment. You keep a record of what it was for.

What you can charge for

One gateway, two kinds of sale. Same payment link either way.

Products

A single item, a small order, or a balance still owing on goods.

  • One-off sales
  • Online and in-person orders
  • Balances left on an order

Services

Work you have done, or money you need before the job starts.

  • Job payments
  • Deposits
  • Call-out and final balances

Billing comes next.

Invoices, what a customer still owes, and a history of charges are a separate system. We will design that after the gateway. Payments you take here are the records that billing will sit on.
